Credit card payments will also be verified through the 3D secure procedure.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Once you have checked out your order, you should receive an e-mail from Stripe or your debit/credit card company confirming your payment, followed by an e-mail from us acknowledging your order.
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within a two working days. Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order, along with an accompanying invoice.

In the unlikely event that the item is sold out or on backorder, we will refund 100% of your money.

If merchandise you found defective or damaged in the transit, please contact us freely. We will solve your problem ASAP.

If other reason, you want to ship it back to us, you will be responsible for the returning shipping fee and we will send the replacement after receiving the returned item.
